If you are having trouble accessing local deals there a few things you can do to try and fix it.

  • Make sure your subscription is active.
    • We require an active subscription in order to be able to redeem local deals.  Make sure there are no issues with your method of payment that would cause your account to be inactive.
  • Delete all cookies for local.savvi.com
    • There are occasionally issues with our local website that require you to reset your cookies.  Remove all cookies for local.savvi.com and then try again to access local deals by using the local link on the member home page.
